Students of Deepalaya School, Gusbethi Outshine Others at District-Level Competition

Mewat (Nuh), Haryana, October 31, 2018: A three-day-long district-level art and craft competition was recently organized by the District Education Department and District Child Welfare Council of Nuh district. The competitions included Rangoli, Poster making, Sketching, Card making, Diya decoration, Clay modeling, Dramatics, Group dance, Solo dance, etc.
Students of Deepalaya School, Gusbethi participated in the competitions along with the students of other 35 schools in the district. Nine students studying in various classes at Deepalaya School secured prizes in the competition. Shankar, Saroj, and Nandini (from IX, VII and VII standard respectively) won the first prizes in the Rangoli, Poster making, and Sketching On the Spot. Other students of the school were named winners of the second and third positions in various event categories.
On the whole, students of Deepalaya showcased performances and creations par excellence in all the categories where they took part. The judges appreciated the merit of the students and opined that Deepalaya’s students have indeed left behind all other participants in the competition.
