Story telling session organised by Dikshant International School

Zirakpur, May 15, 2015: The literary club of Dikshant International School on Thursday organised a story telling session for the students of primary wing as part of the ongoing reading program in the school. Over 120 students took part in this session. Conducted by one of the renowned story tellers of the city Shikha Swarup--the program was meant to promote reading habit among students. This story telling session was a part of many literary activities planned to promote reading; some of them being theatrical adaptation from classic novels, character enactments, dedicated reading time on daily basis and workshops by renowned authors.
