Staff on election duty to bring their bank account details

Remuneration for poll duty to be credited directly in accounts- Additional District Election Officer
Ludhiana, February 1, 2017: Staff deputed on election duty in the upcoming Punjab Assembly Election 2017 has to bring their bank account detail with them on 2 or 3 February. Regarding this, Additional Election Officer cum Additional Deputy Commissioner (w) Ms.Apneet Riyat said that the remuneration for poll duty would be credited directly into their accounts this time. The detail of the bank accounts of the staff on election duty is required by the District Election Office. She said that failure to submit the bank account detail by any official or an employee may result in delay of payment to the concerned official or employee.
