SPICE & FOX REGISTER WINS IN CORPORATE SUPER LEAGUE SEASON II

Chandigarh, December 12, 2016: The second Edition of Corporate Super League (CSL-II) being organised by The Perfection Events in Association with Donor 2 Donor (D2D)- a blood donation App, has started with the holding of the first two matches of the tourney. The First Match was played between Kyross & Spice at Government Model Senior Secondary School (GMSSS), Sec 32 Ground & the second was held between Big FM & Fox at GMSSS, Sec 35 Ground.

Batting first Kyross’s team scored 113 runs for the loss of 9 wickets. For Kyross, Bhupesh made 32 runs in 30 balls hitting 5 Fours. Kapil scored 32 runs off 21 balls. He hit 3 Fours & 1 Six. Haider Hayaat was the best bowler for Spice as he bowled 4 overs giving 35 runs & taking 3 wickets.

Spice chased the target & made 115 runs by losing 9 wickets. Rakesh for Spice scored a quick-fire 40 runs in 23 balls. He hit 2 sixers & 3 Fours. In the bowling department of Kyross Harsh bowled 3 overs giving 27 runs & taking 3 wickets in the bargain. Spice won the match by 1 wicket. Rakesh from Spice was adjudged Man of the Match.

In the 2nd Match between Big FM & Fox, Fox won the match by 86 runs. Batting first Fox put up 224 runs. Suraj scored 56 runs in 28 balls hitting 1 Six & 7 Fours. Sushil Siwach remained unbeaten at 56 runs scored off 38 balls. Sushil hit 5 Fours & 2 Sixes. In the bowling department of Big FM Nipun bowled 2 overs & gave 24 runs. In reply Big FM was only able to score 138 runs in the allotted overs. Jitender was the highest scorer with 41 runs off 31 balls with 5 Fours & 1 Six. Nipun made 29 runs off 15 balls hitting 2 Fours & 2 Sixes. In bowling department of Fox Sahib bowled 1 over giving 5 runs & taking 2 wickets. Man of the Match was Fox’s Suraj.
