SPECIAL FACILITATION CAMPS FOR DIFFERENTLY ABLED PEOPLE ON 26 JULY

CERTIFICATES, TRAVEL PASSES AND OTHER FACILITIES WILL BE PROVIDED ON THE SPOT
Ludhiana, July 22, 2017: For the welfare of differently abled persons, District administration have planned to organize special facilitation camps at various places in district on July 26, 2017. While giving this information, Deputy Commissioner Mr Pardeep Kumar Agrawal informed that during these camps medical facilility, new/updation of disability certificates and free/concessional travel passes will be made of differently abled people. Pension forms will also be filled.
Mr Agrawal said that to avail the instant facility, needy people must brought 4 passport size photographs, Aadhar Card, Bank Account Copy, Residence proof alongwith them. If someone already have disability certificate and getting pension as well, there travel passes will also be made.

Additional Deputy Commissioner (D) Mrs Surbhi Malik told that these camps would be organized between 9am to 2pm on July 26 at all government civil hospitals in district like Ludhiana, Jagraon, Raikot, Khanna and Samrala.
