Social Activist and Founder of NGO-Nirbhiya Ek shakti Anuja Kapur felicitate the Awardees

After their successful event earlier in the year, Royal heritage group organised yet another award ceremony “Bharat Icon Awards” on November, 28, 2016 at Lokhandwala Complex, Mumbai. The award ceremony was organised to felicitate the individuals for their remarkable work in their respective fields. Many dignitaries made their presence to grace the event and the crowd was in full swing in the award ceremony.

After bagging many awards in the different award ceremonies, famous Psychologist and Social Activist Anuja Kapur graced the occasion as one of the Dignitaries present in the event along with FTII Chairman Gajendra Chauhan. The award ceremony was started with the speech of Anuja Kapur where she said, “that appreciation of a good work will lead to many other people to work for the betterment of the society as these things boost the people to work better for the society. We are living in a society where we need to aware the people; teach them to make the society better”. She was there for a special reason also, she presented the first “NIRBHIYA EK SHAKTI” token of appreciation to the Anmol Rodriguez who is a acid attack survivor and suffered an acid attack by some goons, but her never say die attitude makes her more strong as she was before and therefore awarded with the “Nirbhiya Ek Shakti” token of appreciation.

Many Bollywood and TV Actors, politicians, Sports personalities were felicitated in the award ceremony for their outstanding work. Nirbhiya ek shakti is an NGO founded by Mrs. Anuja Kapur which is the centre for “Victim Assistance”. It provides assistance to all the victims in form of Counselling, Legal Aid, Vocational Courses, and Rehabilitation irrespective of age, caste. “NIRBHIYA EK SHAKTI” aims to work for all the victims and help them to live back their normal lives.
