With the population of Mumbai witnessing an increase with each passing day and lack of available spaces, the developers are finding it difficult to meet the housing requirements of the populace. While the available space along suburbs and mainland of the city almost exhausted, the only way to meet the ever-increasing demand of housing is either to redevelop the old and dilapidated buildings or go vertical.

Keeping this in mind and in their effort to provide housing for all, the real estate developers are launching schemes that are touching the sky. This way they are able to provide more number of apartments in lesser space. In doing so, they (the developers) are providing a luxurious living at an affordable price. The apartments are being provided with state-of-the-art amenities after following all the necessary norms prescribed under Real Estate Regulatory Act (RERA).
