CII session on Effective Work Management & Attitude Towards Work.
Ludhiana, August 28, 2015: With an objective to improve the Efficient Work Practices and attitude toward Work, CII Ludhiana Zonal Council organised a series of workshops in companies like Oswal Woolen Mills Limited & Highway Industries Limited and Hero Ecotech Limited,, Ludhiana for their employees. Mr. S B Singh, CEO, Taaran Industries Ltd was the key note speakers for these workshops.
During the workshops, Mr. Singh interacted and addressed various issues relating to effective work management to achieve better productivity; he also shared various tools and management format for increasing productivity and for effective execution of work. He also added that, “Employees should observe punctuality and sincerity toward their duties, as both these factors are important for a person to grow in an organization and later in his/ her career. Employees should be well aware of their overall roles & responsibilities as this develops a habit of completing what has been started”.
He also emphasize on the importance of having a positive attitude toward work, which can help anyone to perform his/ her duties better, gives a lot of motivation and further help in development of a career both in terms of positional and financial benefits. Positive attitude also help a person in developing a proper balance in his personal & professional life and improves his interpersonal relationships among his / her co-workers. Employee working in an organization should maintain cordial relationship with each other that will not only increase the working efficiency of an individual but will also help the organization to grow. As the organization will grow, the employees will also be benefited.
