SBI Life Introduces Women Centric Life Insurance Plan

‘SBI Life - Smart Women Advantage’ offers Life Cover, Savings and female specific Critical Illness Benefits in one plan
Chandigarh, March 9, 2016: SBI Life Insurance, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, launched ‘SBI Life - Smart Women Advantage’ plan, a women centric insurance plan, specifically crafted keeping in mind the needs of a woman. It’s a participating individual traditional endowment plan with health concept built into one plan. The plan provides for Life Cover, Savings and female specific Critical Illness benefits. It also provides optional benefits of Additional Pregnancy Complication, Congenital Anomalies (APC & CA) and child birth related abnormalities, as also other illnesses.
The plan also has an in-built premium waiver benefit which would waive all the future premiums in case the life assured is diagnosed with any of the covered Major Stage Critical Illnesses.
The ‘SBI Life - Smart Women Advantage’ plan has two basic options to choose from - Gold Plan and Platinum Plan.
? Contingencies covered under the Gold Plan include:
• Death
• Female Specific Critical Illnesses as listed below:
o Minor, Major and Advance staged female specific cancer of Breast, Cervical, Uterus, Ovaries, Fallopian Tubes and Vagina
o Systematic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
o Third Degree Burn
o Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis
o Severe Osteoporosis
? Contingencies covered under the Platinum Plan include:
• Death
• Female Specific Critical Illnesses as listed below:
o Minor, Major and Advance staged cancers including female specific cancers listed above
o Systematic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
o Third Degree Burn
o Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis
o Severe Osteoporosis
o First Heart Attack – of Specified Severity
o Open Chest CABG
o Open Heart Replacement or Repair of Heart Valves
o Angioplasty
