Jalandhar, October 31, 2014: Sanskriti KMV School celebrated the National Unity Day on today marking the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
School entrusted as the City Coordinator for the event invited the students from other schools to join for Rashtriya Ekta Diwas. In all 70 students from 10 schools participated. Event included Rashtriya Ekta Diwas pledge, Run for Unity, Poster making, Painting, Collage Making, Paper Reading, and Online Quiz.
The theme of the activities focused on the topics like National Growth, Honesty, National Symbols, Unity in Diversity, Cleanliness, Festivity and Safety Rules. Rashtriya Ekta Diwas campaign was a grand success to promote nationalism as students from various schools joined hands under one roof to pay tribute to the Grand Iron Man of India Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and follow the path shown by him as a true Indian.
Principal Rachna Monga appreciated the participation of the schools and motivated the students to follow good ideals in life. Event concluded with National Anthem.
