New Delhi, August 10, 2016: To add colour to the Independence Day celebration, Sagar Ratna, the South Indian food giant decided to serve foods with a Tricolor appearance in its restaurants, Uttapam and Dosa in tri-color which is served with multi-colored chutneys in orange, white and green; a unique way to pay homage to India’s freedom and her tricolour flag.

Made from a blend of natural ingredients like pulses, sesame seeds, coriander, and cumin and pomegranate, the food is luscious besides being healthy.
