SAD NEWS: Jaspal Bhatti’s film `Power Cut’ promoter Navneet Joshi dies

Jalandhar/Ludhiana, November 12, 2012: Navneet Joshi, promoter of Jaspal Bhatti’s film `Power Cut’ died today.

He breathed his last at DMCH, Ludhiana early this morning.

Sources in the hospital told City Air News that Navneet died of multi-organs failure.

They said Navneet’s condition was critical.

He alongwith renowned comedian, actor and satirist Jaspal Bhatti, Bhatti’s son Jasraj and actress Surilee Gautam had met with a road accident near Shahkot in Jalandhar district in wee hours on October 25 this year following which he sustained injuries. Jaspal Bhatti had died in the road accident.

Since then, Navneet had been undergoing treatment at DMCH, Ludhiana.

Navneet Joshi is the son of BJP leader, Jai Ram Joshi and brother of Vineet Josh, Spokesperson of BJP.

The cremation and last rites will be performed at Sector 25, Cremation Ground in Chandigarh, at 4 pm today.

The funeral procession will start at 3.30 pm from the residence of Joshi Family’s Kothi No. 3276- Sector 15-D, Chandigarh today.
