RUSSIAN REALTY GROUP CALLS ON SUKHBIR

Chandigarh, September 12, 2012:  Boris Kiperman and Kirill Klimov of CMI Development, one of Moscow’s premier real-estate developers today called on Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal here today offering to invest in infrastructure sector in state.

They informed that CMI Development with a portfolio of $3 billion in the private investments has executed most unique projects in the Moscow. They said that their multi-national team of professionals brings a wealth of development expertise and sophistication to its projects. They said that they were interested in investing in Punjab in the infrastructure and real-estate projects keeping in view Punjab’s focus on infrastructure sector.

Badal appreciating their interest said that Punjab was focusing on investing Rs.1 lakh crore in infrastructure sector and he was seeking the execution of all these projects by international companies. He said that his main focus was timely execution of these projects besides strict control on quality of execution. He said that Punjab government would provide total support to international investors keen on investing in the state.

Prominent amongst those who were present in the meeting included P. S. Aujla, Principal Secretary to Deputy Chief Minister and Manvesh Singh Sidhu, Ajay Kumar Mahajan, Special Principal Secretaries to Deputy Chief Minister.
