RIMT World School conducts orientation

Chandigarh, March 30, 2015: RIMT World School conducted an Orientation Session for the parents of newly admitted Pre-primary students wherein the parents were familiarised with the specially structured curriculum and activities conducted in the school for the holistic development of children. The Orientation was held in a unique way with educators conducting role plays, story & rhyme sessions to showcase the methodology to be used in teaching Pre-primary students. Fun activities were also held for tiny tots who enjoyed dancing on foot tapping numbers like ‘Lakdi Ki Kaathi’ & ‘Chiki Chiki Dhoom Dhoom’ etc with their teachers. The children also had a great time with their favourite cartoon character ‘Micky Mouse’.

 The Principal, Poonam Katoch extended a warm welcome to and acquainted parents, with the ‘Technology Oriented’ and ‘Child Centered’ learning process adopted by the school. She emphasised on the fact that the school provides the Best environment and exposure to children to blossom in every field.

In the orientation session it is was highlighted that intensive research & development work has been done in the school in so far as devising new Notebooks is concerned. Parents were apprised that the team of teachers & the Reprographic section of RIMT had done very good work in the area.

The parents were also given a glimpse of the latest technology and e-smart learning modules used by the school to make learning an enjoyable experience. The Co-ordinator Vandana Randev & teachers conducted the orientation and acquainted the parents with the school curriculum and other activities. The parents interacted with the teachers and came to know about the procedure of the stimulating journey that their wards will undertake.
