Jalandhar, November 23, 2015: The Punjab Regimental Centre Ramgarh Cantt (Jharkhand) will be organizing a recruitment rally at Ramgarh Cantt under Unit Headquarter Quota (UHQ) for Son of Servicemen/Son of Ex-Servicemen/Son of Widows/Son of War Widows and Brother of Serviceman for enrolment of Soldier Clerk on 08 Dec 2015 for candidates of All India All Castes and Soldier General Duty and Soldier Tradesmen on 12 Dec 2015 for Sikh, Dogra & other indian castes candidates belonging to Punjab, J&K, HP, Haryana, Chandigarh (UT), UP & Rajasthan. However, for tradesman, All India All Castes candidates will be considered. No recruitment will be carried out for open category.
For Soldier General Duty category, candidate should have passed class X with min 33% marks in each subject and 45% marks in aggregate. Candidates hailing from J&K except Jammu, Samba and Kathua districts should have passed simple 10th class. For Soldier Clerk/SKT Class 12th pass candidate with min 40% marks in each subject and 50% marks in aggregate will be considered. For Soldier Tradesmen category candidate should have passed simple class 10th.
For Soldier General Duty category the candidate should be between 17 ½ - 21 years of age and for Soldier Clerk/Store Keeper and Soldier Tradesmen category the age of the candidate should be between 17 ½ to 21 years.
Candidates are required to bring their original certificates and latest 15 colour passport size photographs (In turban and without turban) attested on back side only.
