Chandigarh: January 3, 2014: Punjab Government has promoted Rakesh Aggrawal, IPS (PB:1999), who is presently on central deputation, in the rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police in the pay scale of Rs 37,400-67000 + Grade Pay of Rs. 8900 w.e.f.01-01-2013.
