PUNJAB: Postings and transfers

Chandigarh, January 1, 2013: Suresh Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation and in addition Principal Secretary, Science, Technology, Environment and Non Conventional Energy has been relieved of the additional charge of the post of Principal Secretary, Non Conventional Energy and Anirudh Tewari IAS, Secretary, Power and in addition Secretary, Personnel has been asked to look after the work of the post of Secretary, Department of Non Conventional Energy in addition to his present assignments.

Balwinder Singh, IAS available for posting has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, School Education against vacant post, Bhawna Garg, IAS Special Secretary, Science and Technology and in addition Special Secretary, General Administration has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Planning and in addition Special Secretary, Non Conventional Energy against vacant posts and in addition Special Secretary, General Administration, Harbhupinder Singh, IAS available for posting has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Medical Education and Research relieving Mohan Lal Sharma, PCS (Retd.) of this additional charge, G S Ghuman, PCS available for posting has been transferred and posted as Land acquisition Collector, Department of Industries and Commerce against vacant post and in addition Additional Director, (Admn) o/o Director Industries, Punjab, Chandigarh relieving Parminder Pal Singh, PCS of this additional charge and Pooja Syal, PCS Available for posting  has been transferred and posted as EM Patiala against vacant post.
