Chandigarh, September 30, 2015: The Punjab Government has embarked on the course to start an on line services in order to provide various services to the people of the state in simple and transparent manner.
Disclosing this, a spokesperson of the Govt.Reforms Department said that this service named “Pay Gov India ” has been created by the Department. Of Electronics and Information Technology and the state Govt. would provide multiple services under this unique digital platform so as to ensure the transparent in providing the services these by playing a vital role in the success of “Make In India” mission.
The spokesman person said that these services would further strengthen the concept of “E-Governance” and would proved to be a joint step forwarded in tackling the menace of corruption.
The spokesman said that under the “E-Governance” services plan, this on line payment facility has been operationlize in collaborated with the NSDL Database management limited. Which would enable citizen to make on line payments for availing the Govt. service of multiple nature. This on line payment system has been also connected with the national services delivery gateway, state service delivery gateway and the mobile sewa platform to provide a single pointed connection to various state portals and other e-governance application and mobile based services.
The spokesman said that all the Departments. Have been instructed to guide the citizens about these on line services so as to be in tune with the changing technology scenario.
