Punjab Governor Inaugurate Aryans Tech Fest At Aryan Campus

Rajpura/Patiala, October 14, 2015: Prof Kaptan Singh Solanki, the Governor of Punjab and Haryana today inaugurated the Aryan Tech Fest at Aryans Campus situated in village Nepra-Thua, Speaking on the occasion, the Governor felt the need to set up a regulatory board in the state in order to provide better infrastructure and skill based quality education to the students.
Appreciating the initiative of Aryans Group of Colleges to set up their campus in rural and remote area, keeping in view providing education to rural youth, Prof. Solanki said that students of the institution are from different states of the country. They are lucky that they are getting higher technical and professional education in the true spirit.
The Governor further said that Prime Minister of India has initiated programmes, like Digital India, Skill India and Make in India, and the youth have to play a significant role to materialize these programmes. He said that he was confident that youth would succeed in making India one of the leading countries of the world in 21st Century. 
Congratulating the Chairman and faculty of Aryans Group to providing a complete, meaningful and relevant education to the youth of Punjab and neighbouring States.
Speaking on the occasion the Governor further said that skilling of youth in various trades would not only enhance their employability but would also contribute to the state and society. He said need of the hour is to put more stress to promote vocational education and showcase the importance of technical training and the importing of key skills as required by industry. Therefore, he said we should focus aggressively on institutionalizing industry institute linkages and partnerships in all skill interventions. He said institutions should continuously learn, improve and upgrade their knowledge, to face the emerging challenges of globalization.
Prominent amongst others who were present on the occasion included, Dr. Anshu Kataria, the Chairman, Dr. Parveen Kataria, Prof. Roshan Lal Kataria and Mrs. Rajni Kataria.
