Punjab government keen for sustainable development of state: Tewari
Banga, October 7, 2019: Manish Tewari, Member of Parliament from Sri Anandpur Sahib Lok Sabha constituency, has said that the Congress government of Punjab is ready for the full development of Punjab. He was addressing public meetings on the occasion of the high battle of Banga Assembly constituency, Gunachaur, Hakimpura and Bhroli. Tewari said that the Punjab government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh, had taken many steps towards eliminating the problems of the people. Under this, where farmers' debts are forgiven, employment fairs are being set up, drug problems have been curbed. There, in the next two years, the state will once again return to the development stage, which was overthrown by the SAD-BJP government. A fund of Rs. 1.5 Crore has been released for the development of this sacred land.
