Punjab government allots  one acre land for charitable hospital at Goindwal Sahib

Anil Joshi, industry and commerce minister, Punjab handing over the land allotment letter for charitable hospital to representatives of Brahm Giyani Sant Baba Tara Singh Welfare Trust at Chandigarh on Monday.

Chandigarh, October 8, 2012: The Punjab Government today allotted one acre land for to construct a Charitable Hospital at Shri Goindwal Sahib, which would mainly benefit the border belt of Taran Taran and Amritsar district .

Disclosing this here today a spokesman of the Punjab government said that Anil Joshi, Industry and Commerce Minister, Punjab today handed over an allotment letter to the representatives of the Brahm Giyani Sant Tara Singh Welfare Trust to built a Charitable Hospital at Shri Goindwal Sahib. Punjab government has allotted one acre land at the cost of Rs.48 lakh and also gives relaxation for payment in 8 installments, instead of 5,he added.

A spokesman further said that presently, there was no hospital in Shri Goindwal Sahib, which results harassment of public as they have to travel Tarn Taran. Jalandhar or Amritsar.
