PU VC interacts with Research Scholars

Chandigarh, March 5, 2019: Prof.Raj Kumar Vice Chancellor, Panjab University Chandigarh along with Prof.Shankarji Jha, Dean University Instructions, Prof.R.K.Singla Dean Research, Prof. Emanual Nahar Dean Student Welfare (M), Prof. NeenaCapalash, Dean Student Welfare (W) and Prof AshwaniKaul, Chief University Security .Interacted with the Research Scholar from various deptt regarding their problems and issues, here today . PU VC said that the research scholars are full of innovative ideas, energy and zeal, and they can bring laurels to PU through cutting edge research in their respective areas. VC also informed about establishing Best Paper Award for the research scholars based on impact factor and number of citation in the faculties of Science, Engineering and Social sciences each. Members of PU Research Scholars Association (PUSA) shared some issues for early redressal such as high analysis , characterisation charges , non- repair of instruments , late declaration of pre -Ph.D results etc. The Dean Research informed that the research scholars can send their queries through mail id : [email protected]
