PU Faculty makes it to the prestigious ENI award Nominations

Chandigarh, November 29, 2016: Dr.Khushwinder Kaur, Inspire Faculty, Department of Chemistry, Panjab University's work on devising a facile and efficient methodology for the fabrication of complexes which would help in better use of resources, less energy consumption and a lower environmental impact has been shortlisted for the prestigious ENI award being awarded by the Italian oil and gas major ENI.
ENI award is highly acclaimed global award. The scientific & selection committee of the ENI award includes representatives from prestigious institutes including Stanford, MIT, Cambridge, University of Stuttgart, Florida State University and others. The strict award guidelines and the notable names on the selection committee make ENI a coveted award.
ENI secretariat while analysing the research work on the main topic of energy and sustainability of scientists and researchers world over noticed the scientific activity of Dr Kaur and invited her to file application with ENI Award Scientific Secretariat enabling her to participate in the Eni Award 2017.
Dr. Khushwinder Kaur alumni of the PU also has the distinction of being the first to secure INSPIRE Faculty award in PU granted by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India in the year 2012.
Recently Dr Khushwinder Kaur was also invited to Dubai to share her work at the prestigious International Conference on Oncology & Radiology.
