PROMOTIONS: 6 SEs of Irrigation Deptt promoted as CEs

Chandigarh, November 19, 2012: The Punjab Government today promoted 6 Superintending Engineers (SEs) of Irrigation Department as Chief Engineers. New stations have been allotted to these newly promoted officers.

Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson of Irrigation Department said that the Deepak Kumar Nijhawan has been promoted and posted as Chief Engineer, Vigilance and Quality Control, Irrigation Works Department, Subhash Kumar Nabh as Chief Engineer, Shahpur Kandi Project Design Chandigarh and additional Charge, Ranjeet Sagar Dam Project, Shahpur Kandi, Shavinder Singh Saini as Chief Engineer, Lining, Gurdev Singh Syan as Managing Director, Punjab State Water Resources Development Corporation Limited, Baldev Singh Chopra as Chief Engineer at BBMB and Kuldeep Singh Taksi has been promoted as posted as Director, Irrigation and Power Research Organization, Amritsar and Chief Engineer, Ranjit Sagar Dam Design Chandigarh.
