Chandigarh, July 23, 2018: Prof.Raj Kumar has assumed the charge as new Vice Chancellor of Panjab University here today for a period of three years starting July 23, 2018.
Prof.Raj Kumar is D.Litt., Ph.D, MBA and M.com, having 35 years of teaching and research experience in the areas of Insurance, Capital Market and Entrepreneurship. His special interest arena is contemporary issues like Human Values & Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR). He has authored four books and completed six research projects besides contributing many research papers to National and International seminars, conferences and workshops.
While addressing the media Prof.Kumar said that he would make concerted efforts to take the values imbibed in the fabric of Panjab University ahead and will continue to work on the Govt policies for the betterment of the University.
