Press Appeal for patient Surinder Masih (C-7368516)

This is to certify that Surinder Masih (67) is admitted at Christian Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana with (unit no C- 7368516) is undergoing treatment with diagnosis of Acute Stroke, breathing difficulty, heart blockage which caused less oxygen in the body, causing High BP and cholesterol which was main reason behind the brain stroke. He is being treated with antibiotics, NG feeds and Injections. Patient is financially poor and his family is not able to afford the bills.
This is an open appeal to all the generous citizens to come forward and kindly consider donating for the benefit of the patient.
