1 Crackers should be ignited in open space OR on roof.
2 Crackers should be kept in metallic container.
3 Children should be under supervision of parents or elder siblings.
4 “Anar” should be kept on level floor and ignited with “phuljhari”.
5 Do not bend over the crackers.
6 Rockets should be kept in adequate size bottle with heavy base.
7 Crackers should never be ignited in hand.
8 Keep a bucket of water near the place to douse fire in case the clothes catch fire
9 Wear tight cotton clothing.
10 Pour Water on burns till pain subsides.
11 Do not apply anything on burns till you consult a doctor.
12 In case of severe burns, Rush immediately to a hospital.
