Chandigarh, March 7, 2013: Punjab Governor on advice of Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today allocated the portfolios of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, Fisheries and Welfare of SCs and BCs to Gulzar Singh Ranike, who was sworn in Cabinet Minister today.
