Police, hospital take up sapling plantation in Panchkula

Panchkula, September 19, 2019: Panchkula police post, sector 21 along with Alchemist Hospital carried out a plantation drive at police post premises.
During drive, ASI Pardeep Kumar and other police personnel along with Glory K.Singh, psychologist, Harleen Kaur, HR head, Dr.PS Maan, DMS and other hospital staff planted saplings.
Later the drive was also carried by hospital staff at Ram Park, sector 21 along with park president, Vinod Jain.
Speaking during occasion, Glory K.Singh said, “Tree plantation is an important activity to make our environment green and clean. Due to rising pollution levels it has become imperative to plant trees so that some environmental damage can be controlled.”
