Ludhiana, September 12, 2012: Former state president of BJP, Prof. Rajinder Bhandari has strongly condemned the UPA-led government at the Centre for coalblocks allocation scam.
Addressing a press conference at circuit house here today, he sought resignation by the Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh.
Among others, BJP District President Parveen Bansal was present.
