PL NOTE DOWN: Punjab Civil Secretariat Seeks applications for parking labels-2013

Chandigarh, November 19, 2012: The Punjab Civil Secretariat’s Administration has sought applications for parking labels-2013 from the eligible government officers/officials up till December 15, 2012.

Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson of the General Administration Department, Punjab said that the parking stickers are to be issued to government and private vehicles for parking in Punjab Civil Secretariat-1 and 2.

He said that the size and colour of the parking sticker-2013 has been changed. He said that all the high rank officers have been requested to send the requisition for parking sticker up till December 15, 2012 duly mentioning name, designation, cadre and list of government vehicles attached with them in the application letter.

The spokesperson further said that the parking sticker would be issued by Administrative Officer-Branch 2, Room No.-104, Punjab Civil Secretariat-2, Sector-9, which could be collected on any working day between January 5 to January 12, 2013.

He said that it would be mandatory for the officers to deposit parking stickers issued to them for the year 2012 before getting new stickers.

Adding, he said that only responsible employee, carrying authority letter, should be deputed to collect the stickers and no class-4 employee would be entertained.
