Ludhiana, September 7, 2018: A one day long campus display of photo exhibition 'One Thousand Words' by the Ludhiana Photo Journalists Association was held at Punjab College of Technical Education (PCTE), Baddowal today. The photo exhibition was inaugurated by Ludhiana Police Commissioner Sukhchain Singh Gill. Talking about the photo exhibition, Police Commissioner Sukhchain Singh Gill said that the pictures shown in the exhibition shows different aspects of life and the environment. He loved coming to this exhibition and appreciated the work of photo journalists.
The photo exhibition was showcased to the works of photo journalists of Ludhiana working in various newspapers. In the exhibition, 48 photo frames of 24 photo journalists were displayed, which were showing different moods of the city and its people. Students from the PCTE and Guru Nanak Girls' College, Gujjarkhan campus visited the exhibition and appreciated the work of photo jounalists.
Dr. K.N.S. Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes along with President of Ludhiana Photo Journalists Association, Gurmeet Singh and Dean of International Affairs of the PCTE Group of Institutions Harpreet K. Kang welcomed the Police Commissioner Sukhchain Singh Gill.
Dr. K.N.S. Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes presented a check of Rs 11000 for the association to Ludhiana Photo Journalists Association’s President Gurmeet Singh.
