PCTE students of B.Sc. Medical Lab Science bagged Four Positions in Punjab Technical University
Ludhiana, September 17, 2018: The students of PCTE Group of Institutes performed spectacularly well in the Punjab Technical University Examination and the students of Batch 2016-19 & 2017-20 bagged Four University Positions in the Provisional Merit list for November -2017 semester examinations. Aminath Jazleen Ahmed ( Batch 2017-20) bagged the First Position with 9.63 SGPA followed by Aiminath Dhifla ( Batch 2017-20) bagged the Fourth University Position with 9.30 SGPA, Kiranjeet Kaur and Preet Kamal Kaur (Batch 2016-19) bagged Fifth and Seventh University Position with 9.50 and 9.43 SGPA. Aminath Jazleen Ahmed, a student from Maldives who bagged the First Position said that the feeling that she had when she got to know that she had bagged the First Position in the University could not be explained in words, she added by saying that in PCTE she has explored a lot of new things including all the different cultures that reside under one roof, she further said that studying in PCTE was a new experience for her and she’s been liking it. Aiminath Dhifla, another student from Maldives said that after putting a lot of hard work the result was very fulfilling she also thanked the faculty members for helping her to understand the concepts thoroughly and added by saying that PCTE helps its students a lot when it comes to guiding them to secure a better future. Dr. Yogesh Chand Gupta, Director, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, said that the students had performed amazingly well in the Examination and the result that they got from the hard work that they had put has made him proud, he added by saying that PCTE has always tried to provide practical exposure to the students, so that they can excel in life. Dr. K.N.S Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the students and said that PCTE has always a taken the initiative to develop the overall personality of their students whether it is in academics or whether it is to indulge the students in extracurricular, PCTE has always encouraged the students to get the best out of them.
