PCTE Group of Institutes organised Women Entrepreneurial Conclave

Ludhiana, November 15, 2018: The Entrepreneurship Cell of PCTE Group of Institutes organized a Women Entrepreneurial Conclave, where Ms.Manjula, CEO, The Transformer,Value Creators ,Director- Prasanchetas Foundation and Ms.Prerna Kalra, Founder Open Hand Solutions, shared their success stories with the students.

On the occasion, Ms.Prerna Kalra, discussed that how failure is important and said asking questions is important and that one should keep questioning and one has to be shameless in asking questions it helps a lot to evolve oneself, she continued by saying that its fine to be confused, but one should try to work on it, the conclave was further continued by Ms. Manjula who further discussed about life skills and its importance, she also discussed that communication plays a vital role along with presentation skills and further added by saying that everyday is a challenge and one has to keep evolving, she further shared that being an entrepreneur made her more extrovert and better risk taker and concluded by saying that challenges in life gives excitement and thrill in our lives.

Dr. Gautam Bansal, Director, PCTE Group of Institutes, said that the interaction was informative for the students, he added by saying that the students will learn from success stories of the speakers regarding various hurdles in the process of starting a new business and how to overcome these hurdles to become successful entrepreneur.

Dr. K N S Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the team of the Entrepreneurship Cell on successfully organizing the event and said, Entrepreneurship, is not just starting our own business, it involves designing, launching and running an enterprise which doesn’t just employ ourselves but generates employment for many more who get associated with it.
