Ludhiana, July 25, 2016: PCTE students sparkled again in University exams this season. Kanwardeep Kaur Sidhu of PCTE of B. Pharmacy stood First in 8th semester of PTU Examinations with 83.40% followed by Bharti from PCTE who stood second with 82.3% followed by Jasneet Kaur from RBIP Mohali who stood third with 81.90% marks respectively.
The 4th semester results also made PCTE shine where Amanjot Kaur stood third with 80.90% following Parul Thakur from CCP, Landran standing fourth with 80.50% following Sachin Harchand from SSCP, Pathankot who got fifth position with 79.00% marks respectively.
Apart from this PCTE students also got top positions in M. Pharmacy in 2nd Semester where Amanpreet Singh from PCTE got fifth position with 77.00% followed by Aman Patial from SSCP, Pathankot who got sixth position with 76.75% followed by Urvashi Aggarwal from ISFCP, Moga who got seventh position with 76.50% marks respectively.
Kanwardeep Kaur Sidhu on her success said that, “I gave my 100% in examinations. I thank god for this success and also my teachers and parents for their constant support. Accomplishing university position requires complete hard work and devotion''. Bharti and Amanpreet Singh said that "It is the constant efforts of our mentors that helped us understand the concepts and perform in examinations".
Prof. Yogesh Gupta, Dean, Faculty of Institute of Pharmaceuticals said that, “Kanwardeep Kaur Sidhu is a hard-working and passionate learner. He said that Pharmacy students of PCTE have the track record of performing exceptionally well in University Examination" It’s a moment of proud for the entire pharmacy department.
Dr. K.N.S. Kang, Director General PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the students and also said that the hard work and commitment of the students has paid them off. He also said that PCTE is putting in lot of efforts in improving the quality of education in their institutes. He said that this achievement of the student will help them in professional and personal life. He wished all the students good luck for their future endeavors.
