Payback India strengthens travel portfolio by partnership with online travel giant Cleartrip

New Delhi, November 27, 2019: PAYBACK India, the country’s largest multi-brand loyalty program, as part of enhancing its ecosystem in the travel industry, has entered into partnership with Cleartrip, the leading travel tech organisation in India and the Middle-East.

Redefining the archaic loyalty experience for travelers who otherwise face limitations with stand-alone loyalty memberships, Cleartrip is taking its rewards offerings to next level by empowering customers with choice and exclusive benefits via multi-brand loyalty platform, PAYBACK.

The partnership will give Cleartrip access to PAYBACK’s 100 million+ member base for flight bookings and for PAYBACK members, Cleartrip will be a new major partner to earn & redeem points. Both companies have a customer-first approach and this strategic tie-up strengthens it even further.

For instance, if a user transacting on Cleartrip website earns 1 PAYBACK Point on every INR 100 spent, an app user will be rewarded 3 PAYBACK points. Cleartrip’s loyal customer base will also get access to promotional offers over & above PAYBACK points.
