PAU gives tough fight to PU in hockey, wins the match

Ludhiana, February 18, 2015: The on-going North Zone Inter-Varsity Hockey (men) Tournament at the Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) witnessed a strong competition between various teams. PAU gave a tough fight to the Panjab University, Chandigarh with a score of 1-0. Jagpal Singh scored the only goal in the match for PAU, Ludhiana. Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar emerged victorious by defeating Punjabi University, Patiala with a score of 4-3. Four goals for GNDU were scored by Harsahib Singh, Manpreet Singh,  Dapinderdeep Singh and Paras, and three goals for Punjabi University  were scored by  Joga Singh, Satgur Singh and Jaskaran Singh.
