Ludhiana, December 21, 2015: During the meeting of Alumni Association of Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), it was decided to install the portrait of Sardar Bahadur Kartar Singh in the hall of Dr M.S.Randhawa Library, PAU. Sardar Bahadur Kartar Singh was the Founder Director of Agriculture, Punjab after the partition of the country. He was also the Co-Author of the text book on Punjab Agriculture with Sir Robert Williams. The meeting was held under the Presidentship of Dr S.S. Johl, Chancellor, Central University of Punjab, Bathinda.
