Parents Not Satisfied With Attitude Of Green Land School Management

Ludhiana, March 29, 2016: After the matter of agitating parents of Green Land School was brought in the notice of Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir Singh Badal, Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana Ravi Bhagat held a meeting with Director Youth Development Board and SOI Zonal President Meetpal Singh Dugri, MLA Ranjit SIngh Dhillon parents, School authorities.

Deputy Commissioner Ravi Bhagat has formed coordinating committee and nominated Meetpal Singh Dugri as the member. DC has also assured the parents to resolve the matter.

SOI Zonal President Meetpal Singh Dugri said that they have held a meeting with school authorities but the parents were not satisfied with the attitude of school management. On Tuesday the parents staged protest and blocked road.

Meetpal Singh Dugri said that he has brought the matter in the notice of Deputy CM Sukhbir Singh Badal. Deputy CM immediately called Deputy Commissioner and urgent meeting was called.

Meetpal Dugri further said that he will held a meeting with the other members of coordinating committee and solve the matter of fee hike, books and other issues raised by parents of students of private schools.
