Chandigarh, July 3, 2015: Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh has invited more number of UT Pool General Category students for the counselling for centralized admissions of B.Com. I in Chandigarh Colleges.
Coordinator for Centralized Admission for B.Com I, Prof Sanjay Kaushik informed that the more number of General Category UT Pool students have been invited for the counselling. The students having UT General Pool Rank (General Category) from 1,601 to 2,000 have been asked to appear for the counselling at 11.30 AM on July 4 at Law Auditorium, PU, he informed. The students, who have to appear under Sports Category (85% UT Pool and 15% General Pool) on July 3 at 3 PM, should check their eligibility at the website. The list of eligible and ineligible Sports Category candidates have been uploaded on the website, he further added.
Physical presence of Applicant at the time of counselling is must for admission. In case of admission, fee would be paid on the spot. Students have been advised to bring approximately Rs. 21,000, for private colleges and Rs. 15,000 for Government Colleges to be deposited at the time of admission. No extra time will be given for submission of fees.
The counselling for General and all Reserved Categories to the PU Department of Evening Studies would be conducted on July 4 at 3 PM. The students have been advised to check the detailed schedule, which has been made available on the website http://bcomadmissions.puchd.ac.in . The applicants have been advised to read the detailed schedule before reporting to the admission committee in the Law Auditorium on the date and time given as per their respective category.
