Panjab University to celebrate World Philosophy Day on Nov 19

Chandigarh, November 13, 2015: Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh would celebrate World Philosophy Day on November 19.

PU Department of Philosophy would organise two lectures at the Seminar Hall of
Department of Sociology.
The first lecture would deliver by Jawahar Lal Nehru University (JNU) Prof Gopal Guru on
the topic of ‘The Negative And The Affirmative In The Philosophical Formulation of
Ambedkar’ at 10.30 AM.
The Second lecture would deliver by Professor at Department of Humanities and Social
Sciences, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi Prof Milind Waleankar on the topic
of ‘On Religious Method’./ (SK Vyas, Jalandhar)
