Dharamshala, December 22, 2016; Pandemonium prevails on the start of proceedings on the 4th day of the winter session in HP Vidhan Sabha at Tapovan in Dharamshala on Thursday. Question hour continues amidst hullabaloo of the Opposition MLAs. Opposition seeks revoking of three suspended MLAs. The question hour was conducted in the noisy atmosphere and then the BJP MLAs staged a walk out, and raised slogans against government out side the Vidhan Sabha.

Earlier, the 3 suspended BJP MLAs Suresh Bharadwaj, Rajiv Bindal and Randhir Sharma Raises slogans when denied entry to assembly and sat on the stairs of gate no 1 under protest.

Leader of the Opposition and the ex CM PK Dhumal said, "The Government is working on the press news, as no notice of suspension was given to the three MLAs.” He said that it is the clear example of dictatorial attitude of the Vir Bhadra lead Congress government in the state.

On Wednesday, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Mukesh Agnihotri moved a motion seeking suspension of Suresh Bharadwaj, Randhir Sharma and Rajiv Bindal for rest of the winter session, which concludes on December 23, for contempt of the House and the Chair.

The BJP MLA Suresh Bharadwaj was suspended from the Assembly for the rest of the winter session for occupying the Chair of the Himachal Pradesh Speaker, along with two of his party colleagues, senior BJP MLAs Rajiv Bindal and Randhir Sharma (for approaching the podium) with the Chief Minister terming his act as "reprehensible".
Meanwhile, Leader of the Opposition PK Dhumal accused the Speaker of not conducting the business of the House as per rules.
