Like defense, in politics too, the strategy should be to maintain the second defense line and with the entry of young brigade in politics, the anxiety associated with instinctive desires, is expected by the senior leaders.

Digvijay Singh, is the rare General Secretary in the Congress who has been an active mass politicians, controversial, outspoken has once in an interview said “There is no Babalog in the Congress”. But the upcoming election to several state assemblies and the Lok Sabha will see more electoral dynasties taking the poll plunge and there is also a long list of class of 2014 of pedigreed, the next generation of political dynasties and few of them are Harish Khurana 39, son of former Delhi Chief Minister and BJP leader Madan Lal Khurana, Vikrant Bhuria 29 son of Kantilal Bhuria Congress President of Madhya Pradesh, Vaibhav Gehlot 33, son of Ashok Gehlot son of Rajasthan Chief Minister, Divya Maderna 29, daughter of former Rajasthan Minister Mahipal Maderna who is in jail in the Bhanwri Devi murder case.

No doubt, the young brigade was pushed into ministries, as a minister of state, with little departmental work but they could not be assessed on performance, even as they stood barred from participating in Parliament proceedings.

Doors though have opened for the future. Jyotiraditya Scindia, Sachin Pilot and Jitendra Singh were elevated to ‘independent ministers’ that marked a leg-up for the youngsters as also for the non-pedigreed Manish Tewari, who occupies the key I&B Ministry. They are virtually the face of the Congress future.

There are also certain ministers who could not be tested in politics nor in ministerial competence like Jitin Pradada, RPN Singh, Pradeep Jai, Milind Deora, Tusharbai Chaudhari, Prateek Patil, K C Venugopal, Lal Chand Kataria. They have remained largely anonymous. Some, however, are making up while appearing on TV, holding the party brief.

Since 2014 elections are due and all the parties including the Congress are making the strategy to take alongwith youth brigade by using the social media as one of the tool to involve the youths and cash their votes.  But one thing is certain, those who will succeed in winning the elections to Parliament will definitely improve their graph trend upward apart from finding a place in the party hierarchy while trip one will again test their ability to stay connected or appropriate to the matter at hand.

In the coming elections in 2014, the Congress is projecting its young leader Rahul Gandhi, with a vision to get out the maximum from youths of the country.

Honestly speaking, all political must try out of its youth’s brigade, who is clearer in their concepts in view of the requirements in the system for providing services to the common man.
