LUDHIANA: Jagraon Sub-Divisional Magistrate Ram Singh on Wednesday said that open auctions for the canteen and the vehicular parking in Jagraon sub-divisional complex which were scheduled to be held on March 26, now fresh auctions would be held on April 5.
The required number of persons for the auctions had not turned up for the auctions on the earlier dates.
On April 5, the auction for vehicular parking would start at 12 pm and the participant has to submit a bank draft of Rs 20000 for the security and the person who would give the highest bid, would have to deposit one-fourth of the total amount and remaining amount would be taken into installments.
Similarly, the auction for the canteen would begin at 11 am. The participants in the auction have to deposit Rs 5000 as security and remaining amount would be taken in monthly installments. The terms and condition for auction would be stated on the spot.
