Ludhiana, August 31, 2012: Gurpreet Deo, Inspector General of Police, Jalandhar Zone-cum-NRI Affairs, Punjab redressed complaints of NRIs hailing from the districts of Ludhiana, Moga and Nawanshahr at Circuit House here today.
Later, speaking to the media persons she told that a total 38 complaints were received today. Of them, 22 complaints were redressed on the spot, she revealed. She said the remaining cases had been referred either ot the Courts or the Department of Revenue.
She told that majority of the complaints were related to marital disputes, property disputes and fraud cases.
Among others, Ludhiana DCP Gurpreet Singh Toor was present.
