BJP MP Anurag Thakur asks electorates to vote for BJP to take revenge of anti cricket act of Himachal Pradesh Government
Dharamsala, March 20, 2016: The first elections to the newly created Municipal Corporation, Dharamsala is slated for 27th of March, the corporation was created by the untiring work of local MLA Sudhir Sharma, who also got this cricketing city included in the list of 100 smart cities of India.
Pak -India T20 world cup match was recently shifted from Dharamsala to Kolkata on the ground. BJP claimed that it was all due to Congress led state government which shown its inability to provide security. Whereas CM Himachal Pradesh Virbhadra Singh said that he never denied security, but wanted the shifting of match because of the sensitivity as the area, which belongs to martyrs of Pathankot terrorists attack.
BJP MP Anurag Thakur who is also the Secretary of BCCI takes the opportunity of Corporation's elections by saying," This Congress government denied the possibility of Indo-Pak match in Dharamsala, the act made lose of crores of rupees to the public and business community. The public must take revenge of this by voting for BJP candidates in Dharamsala Municipal Corporation elections."
The voting for this 17 words MC elections shall be connected on 27th of March, and the results shall be declared on same evening.
The newly created Dharamsala Municipal Corporation is the second Corporation of the Himachal after Shimla.
