Mrs Earth 2016 Priyanka Khuaran Goyal crowns Mrs India Queen of Substance 2016

New Delhi, February 22, 2016: ITC Welcome Hotel, New Delhi. Mrs India Queen of Substance, a pageant for married women, exemplifies beauty ,talent, intelligence and compassion. The event was graced by dignitaries like Mrs Basma Hassan - Jordan Ambassador’s wife , Ms Badiaa - Lebanon Ambassador’s sister , Mrs Jovana Belanovic - Serbia Ambassador’s Wife and reigning Queen Mrs. Earth 2016 Priyanka Khurana Goyal.

This pageant for married women has HCWA as their philanthropy partner which promotes community services for underprivileged and focused on women empowerment. The finale had around forty stunning married women not only from various states of India but also from Dubai, Sharja, London, Hongkong, USA, who displayed their talents in different fields and had also set best examples of women leadership.

The four day event at ITC WelcomHotel , Dwarka was flagged off by Bollywood Actress Mahima Choudhry and Bhagyashree after mesmerizing singing performance by Pop singer and Music Director of pageant Mr Sameer. This was followed by introduction and bridal round from the collection of fashion designers Mohit Falod and Seema Mehta from Mumbai, Mrs. Earth Priyanka Khuaran Goyal dazzled ramp as a show stopper for Seema Mehta. Show directors Mr. Vinay and Ms. Ritika Vinay ensured seamless execution while the show choreographer Mr. Nittin Bedi made the women walk like professional models.

Mrs Earth 2016, Priyanka says, “It is a great platform for married women. I congratulate the directors and sponsors on the grand success of the event and wish the winners all the very best. It is their chance now to take the pageant name forward and be involved with initiatives that create social awareness on the causes closest to their hearts!”

The main Title was bagged By Mrs Sneha Shergill from Bangalore whereas Ms Nerrissa Sampey of Mumbai and Archana Nagabhushan remained at First Runners Up and Second Runner Up Position respectively. In the Classic Category Deepika kumar from Hongkong won the main Title and First Runners Up Position was bagged by Meenakshi Mathur from Gwalior and there was a tie for second Runner Up Position between Jasmine Toor and Dr Anamika Bishnoi from Rohtak. The entire event was judged by very experience panel of Jury from different walks of life including Bollywood Actress Mahima Choudhry, and Bhagyashree, Akansha Nimorkar director of documentary films, Beauty and Nutrition Expert Dr. Varun Katyal, Dr Deepti Dhillon,Mrs Tammanna Sharma from House of wellness, Ms Pammy Kaul owner of asia’s largest saloon and Ms Shivani Sharma from Lurenail India’s largest nail Art company. The event finished with a photoshoot organized by KNC group.
