Motor Accident & Insurance Claim National Lok Adalat On June 11

Ludhiana, May 24, 2016: In Ludhiana and its sub divisions, a National Lok Adalat regarding cases related to Motor Accident and Insurance Claims would be held on June 11, 2016. Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Secretary District Legal Services Authority Mr Rajesh Bhagat informed that this National Lok Adalat would deal with cases related to MACT and Insurance Cases. He said that for presenting their case in the National Lok Adalat, no intermediary would be required. Mr Bhagat said that in National Lok Adalat’s, people get speedy justice and no appeal can be filed against the decisions of National Lok Adalat. Prelitigative Cases, which have not been filed in any court yet, will also be accepted in this National Lok Adalat. One can give a simple application to either Civil Judge (Senior Division) or Secretary, District Legal Services Authority if they want the Prelitigative Cases to be filed at District Courts Ludhiana and the courts of Sub Divisions.
