Mother & child health camp held in Kharar

Kharar, March 17, 2019: A mega mother & child health camp was held at Paras Panorma Society, Kharar on Sunday. The camp was conducted by Dr Rashmi Pandove, senior consultant Paediatrician and Dr Parampreet Ghuman, associate director, Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Max Hospital Mohali. In camp , Dr. Rashmi discussed about seasonal allergies, chronic cough and asthma symptoms in children with the parents. Various treatment modalities and myths related to asthma and inhalers were also dispelled. The women were made aware about signs and symptoms of cervical cancers. The importance of regular PAP smear and vaccination were also highlighted by Dr Parampreet.
