The injured sewer man Shiv Kumar, undergoing treatment at Civil Hospital, Ludhiana on Friday.
Ludhiana, November 16, 2012: A sewer man died, and another sustained injuries while digging earth for a septic tank in an industrial unit in Focal Point area here this evening.
The deceased has been identified as Naresh Kumar. He died on the spot after earth caved in.
The injured sewer man identified as Shiv Kumar was rushed to local civil hospital.
A police party reached on the spot.
Further investigations are in progress.
